Are You Lucky?
Do you have a mom and dad love you?
Are both of your parents alive?
Do your parents still love each other?
If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, you are lucky.
Do you have best friends?
Do have at least one friend who would come save you if your car broke down on the highway?
Do at least 20 people know and remember your name?
Is there a place where you can go where you know you will be accepted?
If so, you are loved.
Do you have a warm place to sleep every night?
Do you eat 3 aduqate meals a day?
Do you have more then 3 pairs of pants(nice, clean pants)?
Do you eat out at least once every couple weeks?
If you said yes to at least once of those above, you are rich.
Have you ever been shot at just because you were at the wrong place at the wrong time?
Have you ever had to worry about being abducted during the night?
Do you or someone you love have AIDs and are dying from it?
Have you ever been forced to kill your own mother?
Have you ever even had to choose between your life or the life of someone you love, knowing that one of you would have to die.
If you replied "no", you are luckier than lots of kids all over Africa.
Do you know where you are going where you die?
Do know that God loves you and wants a relationship with you?
Have you accepted Christ as your personal savior?
Do you know that you can be forgiven no matter what you have done or will do?
If you said "yes" to all of the above, You are blessed.
If you said "no" to even one of the above, you are still lucky, but you don't know for certian where your life will lead you. You need someone who will lead you and love you wherever you are. When life is great and when life is rotten, He will be there. I know this, because I have seen it. I am loved, lucky and rich but I am nothing without His love. Jesus is my superhero because he saved me from my death. I know I will go to heaven. I hope to see all my friends there. I hope to see you there.
All you have to do is surrender... Your life is not about you and what you want. God put you on this earth for reasons unknown to everyone but him. If you let him guide you, he will help you do things you never knew you could do. He can use you to change the world if you let him. Please, just surrender, you won't ever regret it.
